How do I get started?
Using any device fill out the Carrier profile link on the contact page, upload your documents and click submit. Your info will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 hours. You will receive the Carrier agreement then we immediately begin services after agreement is received.
Do I have to sign a contract while working with Horizon Dispatch Network?
It is fairly simple. You will sign a form agreeing that we will work with each other. We are not locking you in, so you can leave at anytime. We specialize in no hidden fees. All that we require is that you remain committed to the last load that we dispatch for you. Confirm that load is delivered in good care without damage. Agree to pay for the final dispatch fee for that load.
Are new carriers welcomed to work with you all?
We welcome You! Come partner with us! To be honest you will find out that it is a little tougher in the beginning to get you the most top-notch loads because your Motor Carrier authority is less than a year. As long as you are motivated and work hard we will help you get miles on your truck at the best rate. Understanding how rates dynamically change will be key at being successful in the industry. We guarantee brokers will be seeking you out once you make a full year on the road without issues.
Can you let me know how we get paid ?
If you are signed up with a factoring company we will work directly with them to collect payment. All required paperwork will be handled by us. Once all documents are sent we direct the factoring agency to deposit funds in your account or Quick Pay.
Do I have to be an owner operator with my own authority?
Yes, the Motor Carrier number is needed from all carriers and owner-operators that will be working with A.T.D. You will need to operate under your own motor carrier authority. If you need more info on this please go to the FMCSA website for help.
How much is the fee to hire Horizon Dspatch Network to represent my company?
Accountable Truck Dispatching charges a flat rate fee of 10% fee from the final bill sent to your factoring company . That means for every final load pay of $1000 the rate is $100 with no other additional fees
Can you let me know how we get paid ?

Can you let me know how many trucks each dispatcher handles?
Every one of our dispatch agents manages a different number of accounts based on their skill set and experience. In order to maintain a high quality experience; our team is not overwhelmed with too many trucks at a time.
